Stern with motor mount...I believe motor is a 8 h.p nissan...runs great two cycle and comes with tank. Just flushed it in July and stored it in the boat.
Not quite at neat right now...I have all my gear and motor inside. The cushions inside...the port side is new and the starboard needs some work
Keel bolts look good. Water seeps in a little when launched but then after a day hardly at all. Dont know where water is coming from. Was never a concern for me.
23 foot , 8 hp nissan(runs great) and tank, main and furled 120 both in good shape, cockpit cushions, auto tiller, furler, adjustable backstay, trailer, sink, lifejackets, raft(does not include RIB and evinrude motor that are currently in the boat),Set of oars, sailcover, tiller cover, knotmeter, fish finder depth meter, battery and mini solar charger, VHF radio
knotmeter is tempermental....needs some cleaningFish finder worked but I have a ground problem
